Downtown Nashville – Honky-Tonk District

A honky-tonk is a bar with live music, especially associated with country. Lower Broadway has a remarkable concentration of these venues, and we loved hearing music spill out of their doors. The Jack Daniel’s distillery is in Lynchburg, outside Nashville, not in this district.
