Raffy Bar & Gelato

Raffy Bar & Gelato was a good choice for us in central Blagoevgrad, opposite Largo Mall. We enjoyed the varied, tasty food and felt the prices were reasonable at the time. This reflects our 2017 visit; check that the branch is operating and review the current menu before making a special trip.
