The Farm at the Golan Level
This is one of the special places in the country: a family farm that combines alcohol, good food, agriculture, ecology, tradition, and art so it looks true Zionism! Tami and Bibi began their way as a young and loving couple in the Shan House, moved to the Bar Seven and in the 1980s climbed to settle the Golan level. Initially they lived in a crown in unleashed conditions and then they were the establishers of the cattle front where they live until today and built the farm. The Syrian Boncourt has become a vineyard, good food and art in every corner. This is one of the special places in the country: a family farm that combines alcohol, good food, agriculture, ecology, tradition, and art

That’s how the real signs look!
Tami and Bibi began their journey as a young and loving couple at Shan House, moved to Bar Seven and in the 1980s climbed to settle the Golan level. Initially they lived in a crown in unleashed conditions and then they were the establishers of a cattle front where they lived until today and built the farm.
Beyond the career of both of them (Baby in the army and I as a teacher) they established a priest space that Baby built with his own hands from recycled materials around the trees that were in place so that they were not damaged.
In 2000, Tami and Bibi received the first grain of what in the future will be a simple eye. Four years they discussed about there and finally decided a simple eye: the name of an ancient Jewish village located next to the front of the turtle and the archaeological remains testify that they will produce a lot of wine. the family grain is located in the heart of the farm. all the grains are handmade and pass through a tight production process. Today they are already growing grains, preparing about 15 thousand bottles a year and everything is sold in place. The vineyard are placed in a abandoned Syrian bunker and it’s amazing to see it!

They established a tribe and in honor of each of the grandchildren made a further culinary project and thus expanded to the preparation of olive oil, honey and more. Today they prepare leakers, honey, olive oil, rubbish, and rubbish. Cooking bread here and serving milk foods. There is a space here and where seats for milk meals they prepare, next to a wine store and where home wines, leakers, honey, olive oil, rubbish and other products. Instead you can also taste the wines.

Bibi has prepared Vitrages for many church houses in Israel, he also has a shrimp and has a gallery of Vitrages and shrimp here. Tammi sculptes, prepares all the tools and has a gallery of ceramics. her songs are also hanging here.

Both galleries are in the farm. In addition, their works are spread throughout the farm space and it’s exciting to go around here and see the various works that are with a strong attachment to Jewish tradition from their secular perspective. They also conduct tours here throughout the farm: in the garden of the cottage, in the cottage oven, present the statues that talk with the library, the galleries and the cottage.
