Las Vegas Strip

The Las Vegas Strip is one of the most iconic streets in the world, and it is full of extravagant hotels and casinos that offer endless entertainment options for visitors.

One of the most unique hotels on the Strip is New York New York. It is designed to look like the skyline of New York City, complete with a replica of the Statue of Liberty and a roller coaster that takes you around the hotel. Inside, you can find a variety of dining options, including a Shake Shack and a New York-style deli.

Another hotel that stands out is Paris, which is modeled after the city of love. It features a replica of the Eiffel Tower, as well as a beautiful fountain and a cobblestone street lined with quaint shops and restaurants. You can even take an elevator to the top of the tower for a breathtaking view of the Strip.

Venetian is another popular hotel that transports you to another place - this time, to Venice, Italy. The hotel features stunning Venetian architecture, gondolas that float down a canal inside the hotel, and a replica of St. Mark's Square. The hotel also offers plenty of high-end shopping and dining options, as well as a large casino.

The Wynn is a luxurious hotel that features stunning design and architecture, and it is known for its beautiful gardens and water features. It also offers top-notch entertainment, including a Cirque du Soleil show and a variety of nightlife options.

The Bellagio is perhaps one of the most well-known hotels on the Strip, thanks to its stunning fountain show that takes place in front of the hotel. It also boasts a beautiful conservatory and botanical garden, a large casino, and plenty of high-end dining and shopping options.

Circus Circus is a hotel that is great for families, with a large indoor theme park, arcade games, and circus acts that perform throughout the day. The hotel also has a large casino and plenty of dining options.

Flamingo is a classic hotel on the Strip that has been around for decades. It features a large casino, a wildlife habitat with flamingos and other animals, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. It is a great choice for those looking for a classic Las Vegas experience.

Ultimately, all hotels aim to draw tourists in to sit at gambling machines. We are not gambling types, and all the noise and ringing of the Strip hotels gives a profound sense of artificiality and fakeness. Nevertheless, it's worth visiting - even to get a glimpse of what many in the world, or at least in the West, see as the ultimate vacation. So we looked around and continued to travel. The open spaces interest us more.
