5 days in Tibet and Georgia

5 days in Tibet and Georgia

We travelled without many expectations and fell in love: Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia is a very special combination of east and west, Turkey, east Europe and west Europe, with different types of architectures mixing together. and beyond this: outside the city awaits the stunning Georgia in two-day star trips: stunning nature, monasteries, castles, castles, wine area, green areas, snow-filled areas (now). the most equal.

I’ve prepared for you a 5-day plan for a star-style tour in Tbilisi and Georgia

(Like in Tbilisi and go out for trips)

The hotel:Ibis Styles in the Old Town- Simple, clean and pleasant. about 400 SEK per night. located the best possible in the Old Town near all the places you need to see. everything can be done from it on foot.

Day 1

The church: At the entrance there is a lamp with the stickers of soldiers who fell in the Iron Swords War and this is very exciting.

Madden Bazar - Smetta as an original market with traditional clothes, wines, local sweets and tea, music tools, chocolate and magnets

Baths and bridges: If you like to swim, don't miss our father Charlie - it's one of the beautiful buildings in the tbilisi district that allows private bathrooms. you have to book a place in advance other likely when you arrive – will not. except sea clothes you'll bring you towels, shampoos, and clothes. if you've forgotten – you can buy there.

Order a room by number of people and get it for an hour. There are small rooms for two and larger rooms that in addition to the swimming pool there is also a sauna. Prices range from 130 lari to 600 lari per room for 12 people (prices are right for April 2025). We also added a 10-minute filling that is a great fun: a woman for women and a man for men – come to the room and watch you.

The Church of Mathai: a view of the river and the old city. it is worth going to see it

Shardney Street: Street of restaurants and bars

The clock tower – a very special and beautiful building.

Freedom Square is the city's central square. close to the extended Rustwell streets where you will find both the parliament (and all the recent revolts there demonstrate) as well as a shopping mall called Galeria Tbilisi

Day 2

Ponycolor to Metsomah Park: We walked to Ponycolor and we had to go to the Park of Matsumianda. This is a fun park integrated in the park to walk. When we were the facilities didn't work (probably not the season yet). There are wonderful views of the city here

Walking to the statue of Mother Georgia: There are a few ways to get to the giant statue of Mother Georgia. We chose to continue from Matsuminda to the forest that leads to the fortress of Narcissus (the statue of Mother Georgia is very close to it). It takes about an hour in the wonderful forest with crazy views of the city throughout the way but should be taken into account that it is with rise and fall and definitely challenging (we)

Those who want can also walk from the potato gardens located near the bathroom district.

The Mother's Statue of Georgia: a very impressive, huge and glorious statue of the city. a woman who had one sword and a second wine (which should also enjoy). it was founded on the top of the mountain Sololki in the 1950s when Stbilisi celebrated 1500 years of its establishment

Narcissus: Narcissus Fortress was built in the fourth century and its remains are very impressive. it has passed through a lot of hands and a lot of rounds and today its remains have omega that passes over the botanical genes

Butter Gardens: Butter Gardens close to Mother Georgia are very fun. This is essentially a large park with a fall, a lot of plants and flowers, a wonderful view of the Nircella Fortress and rocks for rest with scenes. The exit is near the bathroom district. Whoever wants can start where we have finished and climb the Butter Gardens up to the Mother Georgia and the Nircella Fortress statue

Out of the city we traveled.Travel CompanyTheir trips are very cheap, more than renting a car (from 80 to 100 SEK per person without lunch and entrance to some of the sites they are paid. prices are correct for April 2025). book through the site, the trips start at 9 a.m. and must reach their office located near the Old Town at 8:30. the trip is in a minibus

All the trips we made could also be done alone in a rental car. As a couple we were cheaper to take the travel company than to rent a car

Day 3

Travel to the northeastern region of Georgia: the journey passes through the Genoa Water Reserve, Anuary Fortress, the honey taste on the roads, the Gudauri Ski Site and The Chronicles of Georgia: founded in the 1980s and this is one of the impressive monuments I have seen: huge columns on which the history of Georgia on a hill with a stunning view of the city

Day 4

Travel with the same travel company on a day trip to the cave and the cave. the journey passes through the city of the amazing caves,

Joseph Buri Restaurant, Stalin Buri Museum, The Cross Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral are very impressive and Birth has a street like the Middle Ages with the Dwarfs

Day 5

This time, we travel to the wine area.

The trip includes a mafia in the village of Badiauri where you see traditional bread preparation, with a taste of cheese and wine in domestic production, pass through the Bodbe Monastery with the courtyard and the stunning landscape, a short stop in the city of love Sighnaghi

And from there to the wine factory in Kvareli – a huge factory that produces both gourmet wines in the traditional method (in the ground) as well as classic wines in modern methods.
