Ein Aviel is a charming spot, part of Nahal Taninim. You can find here small springs and pools. The water is clean, cool, refreshing, and not frozen. In shallow places, you can see how transparent it is.
In some spots, the water reaches the ankle of an adult and in some to the waist.
From the parking lot, you walk through tangled trees leading you directly to the first pool. If you turn right, you will find a lovely small waterfall.
If you turn left – you will walk in the water between the vegetation until you reach a second, deeper pool.
Along the banks of Ein Aviel, there are several places you can sit. Few are shaded, and few are exposed to the sun.
Weekdays are quiet, magical, and peaceful. On the weekend, it is hectic, so it is worthwhile to arrive early on Fridays and Saturdays.
On Saturdays, you can have a coffee break at Cafe Tzipora, or eat Humus at Humus Aviel -both are a few hundred meters from the parking lot and across the road.
Enjoy🤗
