An excellent bakery in Binyamina.
The owner, Eran is a charming and cordial person. He started the business more than 25 years ago in Hadera, wandered between several places, and has been at the current point in Binyamina for several years. There is no sign on the door. According to Eran, he hardly publishes the bakery on Facebook and Instagram. The truth is he does not have to because the rumor about the excellent bakery spreads, and there are many satisfied customers.
In Burkin Bakery, you will find sourdough bread of different types, various deli products, freshly squeezed juices, and a great selection of savory and sweet pastries.
We chose a pastry with cheese and spinach and cheese and cherry tomatoes. Both were great.
In the sweet pastry section - a perfect and unique Ferrero Rocher muffin and an orange muffin with touches of orange jam at the bottom, which was great.
We took home an excellent walnut bread.
You can buy groceries and pastries and have a picnic at the nearby Alona Park.
Also - few stores down the block there is a charming gift shop titled Green Queen which is fun to visit.
Burkin Bakery opening hours:
Open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Fridays open until 1:30 p.m. Closed on Saturday.
On Fridays, it is hectic.
