A fun morning in the Sharon area - a cafe, an organic nursery, hummus, and a stunning viewpoint on the beach
Dundee is a cafe-flower shop-deli in the pastoral Moshav Batzra in the Sharon area. There are amazing pastries and also sandwiches, salads, wines, bouquets and more. You can sit there or take the food for a picnic in the area.
Green is an organic nursery in the nearby Moshav Bnei Zion. The nursery specializes in growing organic vegetable seedlings and herbs. No need for a garden. I planted it on our porch.
If you are still hungry, you can find a fresh Hummus stand near Moshav Batzra supermarket on Fridays.
If you are looking for a picnic nearby, we recommend Hof Hasharon National Park (a half an hour drive), where there is a stunning viewpoint of the sea very close to the parking lot.
