Jandawi brothers is a famous patisserie in the Bedouin town Zarzir (in the north).
They have a massive selection of Baklava (very sweet filo with various types of nuts)
Great Knafeh (traditional Middle Eastern pastry made of shredded filo, goat cheese and topped with sugar syrup).
What I liked most were the Maamoul cookies
– a famous Middle Eastern pastry filled with dried dates. It was perfect.
It is an excellent stop for coffee and sweets.
