  • Zalmaniko Bar & Grill

In Zalmaniko, near the flea market in Jaffa, you will find excellent street food. It is a small place; you sit on a small bar inside or on crates outside. • Pope & Pope Bakery

Excellent bakery with great pastries. The highlight is croissants filled with various cremes (raspberry, pistachio, cornflakes, and more) and topped with different icings. I have tasted several croissants, and all of them were delicious. There are classic flavors like chocolate and special flavors like Malabi croissant (greattttttt...) The price is high, but one croissant is definitely suitable for two people because the croissants are very rich. Enjoy🤗 For more places in the area press here

  • Ramat-Gan National Park

I have known this place since I was a child, and it has dramatically improved over the years. During a walk in the park, you pass various stations on a delightful green circular route. So what to see and do there? A Lot! Let's start... 🌳 Green spaces with benches, a shade under trees, and countless places for picnics 🌳 Lake with ducks 🌳A Waterfall 🌳 A Cafe (open on Saturdays) 🌳 The Eucalyptus grove - Naomi Shemer Trail - Naomi Shemer is one of the most famous Israeli singer-songwriters. In a route in a eucalyptus grove, you pass between different stations of Shemer’ songs. Each station has a sign with an audio explanation of the song, another button with the song itself, lyrics hanging on the board, and there are facilities related to the song. Stunning idea and charming execution. 🌳 A beach corner on the lakeshore, with beach chairs, sunbeds, and a place that sprays cold water from above at the touch of a button. 🌳 Ducks and geese roam freely on the grass, especially in the middle of the week when less crowded. 🌳 Chess corner with game tables 🌳 Shaded playground 🌳 a spice garden 🌳 Volleyball and ping-pong corners (accessories must be brought from home) 🌳 Museum of Man and Animals - a small and charming museum. Here you will find an exhibition on ancient man, sculptures from recycled industrial waste, fossil skeletons of various animals, a show following children's books, and more. The displays have different activities for children. 🌳 Cactus Garden - adjacent to the museum - open on Saturday. Sometimes also open on Fridays. You should call the Human and Animal Museum first to find out. 🌳 Social library with books on loan - can be taken, read, and returned 🌳 Shaded fitness facilities corner. On hot days you should come early in the morning or afternoon. If you arrive in the middle of the week, you will discover an open, almost empty place, and you will hear the sounds of birds like in the jungle in Thailand. Important: 📍 The routes are accessible 📍 BBQ is prohibited in the park except for the following dates: Rosh Hashana, Sukkot, Pesach, Atzmaut, Lag B'Omer, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Election Day. 📍 The Park closes at 11 pm. 📍 It is forbidden to bring electric vehicles into the park. You can stop at lots of places along the way for a picnic. The lone tree at the top of the hill is a great place to stop for a picnic or a coffee break.
